Automated Quality Gate
Every cinematic scene and AI-staged image passes our internal quality threshold before delivery. Sub-threshold outputs are automatically regenerated at our cost before the order is marked delivered. No action required from you.
Step 2
One Free Revision
Within 7 calendar days of the delivery email you may request one free revision round — re-staging, alternative scenes, voice swap, or script tweaks. We re-render and re-deliver within 24 working hours.
Step 3
50% Partial Refund
If after the free revision the result still does not meet our quality standard, we process a 50% refund within 5 business days to the original Paystack payment method, no questions asked. The remaining 50% covers non-recoverable third-party AI compute costs already consumed on your order — disclosed up-front per CPA §48 and §49.
